Experience

TFP’s experience in commercial development is not only deep, but broad. Our portfolio encompasses several projects in excess of $100 million each, and spans the product sectors of high-rise office buildings, garden office buildings, high-rise hotels, assisted living facilities, multi-phased continuing care retirement communities, and apartment complexes, as well as some of the largest industrial buildings and intermodal parks in North America. 

TFP's portfolio includes development projects where the Founder & Principal of TFP was, in all cases, either the primary developer, or the CEO, President, or COO plus minority owner/profits holder of the primary development enterprise.
